within these starting ideas, i have selected certain themes that are personal to myself as well as being relevant to many people. it shows how through simple things and factors that you make in life, you can find you prime and through these actions you can find a real motivation out of it. one of these main points are the conflict inside people and how they may show a lack of motivation or whats holding them back on certain situations. furthermore, i stressed the idea of working in a team as working with other people is beneficial for not only yourself but for others as you guide as well as listen. it further demonstrates an importance of companionship and how other people can be strong influencers surrounding your work as well as the actions which you take in life.
