Green screen practice:

Within this practice, I was able to use adobe after effects to convert a previously made music video used with pexels stock footage, and I was able to combine it with a green screen to show different techniques and transitions when condensing my music video into a green screen section. (this was able for me to demonstrate some post-production skills which is what will bring my music video together from cutting processes to editing forms afterward.) I began by getting a video from pexels stock footage which was keying the colour alterations changes the green colour to black in order for me to be able to add my first green screen which was a border outside. after this, I edited it to make sure it would zoom into the border to a full-size screen. this was all edited into many intervals of around 8 seconds. after this we got another pexels section of stock footage and made sure the footage would resolve back into another green screen which was revealed to be on a tv to suggest wide attraction within the song as well as the range of people viewing the music video. this may be a technique that I may carry out within my music video and if I do it would most likely be for transitional purposes when moving within sections, or, moreover, I may use it at the beginning to bring the initial scenes into play. the use of a green screen is a technique that carries movement through the music video could even be done without editing or cutting the video as it's possible to move it within that one cut. however, it's also not something that should be overused within the music video as it may differ the audience away from what the actual message of the anthem is connoting since the transitions will be very intense. So ill be aware to use the footage sparingly and use it when appropriate and most effective (if I use it within the video). Furthermore, there were also elements of reshaping and resizing for the video to fit where the green was to make sure the stock footage was to the right scale which also helped out with transitions.
